Do You Comply?

Smoke Alarms

We all know "Smoke Alarms Save Lives" but do you also know that your insurance company may not cover you if you cant show them that your alarms comply. We issue a compliance certificate that shows the expiry date(s) the brand of alarm(s) installed and the battery condition. We will change any non compliant 9v alarms on the spot for $35.00 and 240v (LV) alarms at $140.00 (Installed by a qualified electrician after your approval).
Blind Cords and Safety Switches:
Don't forget your obligations for Blind Cords and Safety Switches as per NSW guidelines. There have been recent deaths with blind cords and electrocution.
Water Efficiency
Water efficiency compliance is a must if you want to charge your tenants for water usage. We can certify that your property complies with the Residential Tenancy act 2010, 9ltrs per minute benchmark or we can fit water saving devices as required at a fraction of the cost of using a plumber.
